Exit West side of Bay/Bloor subway station on the Bloor Line. Walk North on Bellair St. to Cumberland Street. We are on the North East corner of Bellair and Cumberland Streets.
From the DVP take the Bayview Ave. exit towards Bloor St. Follow left turn to stay on Castle Frank Rd. Turn right at Bloor St E. Turn right on Bay St. Parking is available on street level or in Green Parking on the corner of Bay and Cumberland Streets.
From the Gardiner Expressway East take the York St. exit toward York/Bay/Yonge St. Keep left to stay on Harbour St. Turn left onto Yonge St. Turn left at Yorkville Ave. Turn left onto Bay St. Parking is available on street level or in Green Parking on the corner of Bay and Cumberland Streets.

We kindly request that you attend your appointments on time to obtain the maximum benefits from your session. Our clients are most often booked on an hour-by-hour basis, and as such we would appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a timely schedule.
If you must cancel or reschedule an appointment for any reason, we would like to receive 24 hours notice by email or phone so that we may allow other clients the opportunity to visit us at that time. Of course, we understand that this would not apply in cases of serious emergencies.
