Emotional Freedom Technique™
The Emotional Freedom Technique, also known as EFT, is a relatively recent discovery that has now provided thousands of people with relief from physical, mental and emotional discomfort. It is a unique method that applies the principles of acupressure to create a shift in the body's disturbed energetic patterns. Well established energy meridian points are stimulated on the body through a process called "tapping", whereby a series of acupressure points are tapped vigorously with the index and middle fingers.
EFT follows the premise that negative emotional states are caused by a disruption in the body's energetic system.
